We have not published parking or transit directions yet, because we would rather describe what is actually there than guess. This section will be filled in once the clinic confirms the details.
In the meantime, call the front desk before you travel and they will tell you where to park and which door to use, so you are not hunting for it on the day.

Step free access and the exact entrance details for Unit C are still to be confirmed, so we are not describing them yet.
Tell us when you book if you use a wheelchair, a walker or another mobility aid, and we will set the appointment up around it. Seniors are a primary audience for this practice. Appointments can be booked longer and slower on request.
What to bring to a first visit
- Your health card
- Your insurance details, or your program card or letter
- A list of the medications you take
- The questions you want to ask, written down if that helps
- For a child, the parent or guardian who can consent to treatment
If you wear dentures, bring them, even if you are not wearing them that day.

If this is urgent, call rather than write. We keep same-day slots for urgent problems. Call the clinic and the front desk will tell you what time we can see you.
Severe facial swelling that affects your breathing or your swallowing, or bleeding that will not stop, means calling 911 or going to the nearest emergency department.
